- Featured speakers: Bishop Albert Bahhuth, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Rt. Rev. Alexei Smith, Ecumenical & Interreligious Officer of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Rabbi Noam Marans, Director of Interreligious Affairs of the American Jewish Committee, and Rabbi Sarah Hronsky, President of the Southern California Board of Rabbis.
Nostra Aetate is the historic declaration of the Second Vatican Council that transformed Catholic-Jewish relations worldwide. This commemoration will highlight the enduring impact of this transformative document on interfaith dialogue, mutual respect, and shared commitment to building bridges between communities.
Through community gathering, thoughtful reflections, and music, this event will honor six decades of progress while looking toward the future of Catholic-Jewish collaboration in America.
